Climbing, Trail running, Reading Sci-fi fantasy, would love to get into back packing or mountaineering (Even took a backpacking class last year in college), and hanging out with the girlfriend.

When a person researches UFO reports, examines UFO photos, watches UFO videos, contributes to UFO blogs, and belongs to a UFO forum, you can safely assume that the person has a hobby related to UFO's.
Also, when the same person spends time sky-watching, studying planets, asteroids, moons etc. and he occasionally observes something that cannot be scientifically explained and he personally designates it as being a possible UFO, that person again, can be safely classified as a UFO hobbyist.

PS.
The same can be said about Crop Circles...

Currently, photography and playing the piano badly.

Camera P*rn 2 by MajorMantra, on Flickr
In the past I've been heavily into r/c planes and helis, and aquariums.
Not a hobby exactly, but in the past few weeks I've been reading a bit about watches and I now have this powerful urge to get one of these:

Well, I'm a full-time student studying genetics, as well as a lab assistant, so that's the bulk of my time outside of cycling.
If I'm not riding bikes, I'm probably fixing them up.
I'm a big gamer, whenever I have time (which isn't too often).
I enjoy backpacking on the weekends with my wife, and anything else that gets me outside.
In general, I love learning. I'm constantly reading books, articles, editorials, and anything else I can get my hands on. Some of my favorite topics are biology (duh), history (early American in particular), religion, politics, and fiction (Tolstoy, Kafka, Moliere, Tolkein, Herbert, and many others).

Besides biking, my biggest hobby is following Formula 1 and sports car races. I'll watch other sports and such, but Le Mans and F1 are the two that I can't get enough of and the only two I'll regularly shell out money to travel to see, and collect memorabilia for each (posters, diecast cars, racing games, literally hundreds of books, hats, shirts, ect.). I'd be into karting if I had the money, but it's so expensive that it makes high end bikes seem easily attainable by comparison.
Besides that, the usual. Photography, movies, reading voraciously, drinking as many new kinds of beer as possible, and learning as much as I can about food.
