Well...that was gross. Haven't had a McDonald's q-pounder in over 2 years...now I remember why.

Not for nothing, but we earned this. The last couple of winters have been ridiculous. Like this:

I hear ya. It has been super wimpy here as well but AOK for those like me who are not skiing/boarding.

Ick. I realized years ago that as fast food burgers go McDreadfuls is right up there with potted meat and cheese whiz.

LesterOfPuppets 02-03-12 03:34 PM

McD's burgers are definitely a step down from BK or Windy's, Windy's edging out BK.

Chix Nugs ranking:
1. Windy's 2. McD 3. BK

BillyD 02-03-12 03:59 PM

ALL of that is junk food. Your body deserves better.

You are what you eat.

datlas 02-03-12 04:02 PM

The only think I will eat from McD's is a chocolate shake.

And even that's about once every 6 months.

Now Taco Bell is another story. The seven layer burrito is a work of art.

Looks like someone is in the running for the Golden Snowball.

My most common McDs purchase is yogurt parfait.

Those Taco Bell burritos with Flamin' Hot Fritos are a work of art also.

About the only $ McD gets from me is for an egg sandwich and an OJ 3-4 times a year on the way through an airport in the am. Definitely a last resort wolfing...

Kind of just sits there and announces itself for the next three hours.

I was visiting McDs about once a year on average 'til RedBox came along. Totally hooked on dvd kiosks.

I'm bad. I actually like the Golden (St) Arches. And BK, and KFC. I don't like Domino's or Pizza Hut though. we have better pizza chains than that.

In related news, I'm officially too fat and slow for this sport. OTB within 8km of today's race.

Soloist Assassin 02-03-12 09:47 PM

I don't eat at McDonalds. Fat asses. Anyway, this is disturbing, and inspiring all at the same time.

She got banned. I believe ban period is over but she hasn't come back yet.

patentcad 02-04-12 07:03 AM

You'll never see her again.

It's sunny and 30 degrees. Heading out for a ride.

It will be epic...

Maybe.

LowCel 02-04-12 07:12 AM

Good chance of rain today, my legs feel like lead. Screw it, I'm going to breakfast with my neighbor then going to spend some time with my dad at the gym. I'll ride tomorrow.

WhyFi 02-04-12 07:50 AM

I totally want one -

Geez...that Concept64 weighs one-third what that quarter-pounder did! And probably tastes about the same.

rjones28 02-04-12 09:28 AM

I think I caught LowCel's cold.

Damn internet viruses.

40° and sunny here. 18 mile x2 commutes today. Trying to decide on bike. I've never ridden a single speed 36 miles in a day so I'm kinda scared to go that route but kinda tempted.

Also considering MTB because work site is a mile away from trailhead of awesomeness but I'll be too beat from work and I don't have good enough lights for night trails. Of course I could pack a sleeping bag and sleep under the stars, ride trails on superbowl Sunday...
