I also just remembered my love for this paint job, belgian blue and black:
I could do something like this, but without the yellow and red panels.

Love the ritte paint job too. That's actually how that bike started...with paint and then a bike

First off my bias is I hate silver, other than hating gray or any 'titanium' shades. Now I like a titanium frame in its naked state. Somehow all the attempts to paint that on other materials just does not work for me.
Of your colors the green, but I would go with a darker british racing green with a bit of metallic effect over the lighter green.
Now I really would go with the black cherry people are suggesting to you. I also like bike with solid panels on seat tube and down tube. Either creme or white depending on what color it is matched with.
But if you want a suggestion for something very different, and I wish I had an image to show: gold pearl over bright orange. Hard to describe what it really looks like other than not what you are imagining. And that it will vary in interesting ways depending on lighting conditions. It looks almost satiny and kills just enough of the bright screaming orange to not look outrageous. Very classy on some cars I have seen.

I absolutely lurve the paint on the Ritte Bosberg. It is HOT! See how great the colors look below:
That baby/sky blue appeals to me so much that I almost bought a BMC RaceMachine solely based on the paint:

Whatever color you select, I recommend a color that you won't see on any other bike..... or nearly so. Your bike will then be a head turner, although I have a suspicion it will be a headturner anyway.

I saw the light blue referred to as that somewhere (I think Gaulzetti's web site), so I used that description for it at that moment. Obviously no such color exists.

If I had to pick from your choices, it would be grey all day long.

Unique Vintage Steel
How about pearl white with a British Racing green (was one of my top options for my Kirk Frameworks, but going with a different color combo). I didn't see you mention what type of frame you're getting, so just throwing these out there:
Jaguar Racing Green:
Edit: just saw it's a Ti frame. How about a brushed finish with green panels?

Well ... the black-yellow-red is the belgian flag ... so they probably meant "belgian colors on a blue frame" ... which could be shortened to "belgian blue", although it gets a bit confusing there

Titanium frame with black lettering is timeless. IMO. Some of those Baum color patterns are beautiful.
Hate to cover up the natural color though.

Thanks for the input. I am going to stick with a single color without any panels for this one. Black cherry metallic really does look good, but I am trying to visualize if it will work well on an aluminum frame with big tubes. I guess the same goes for the green. Difficult to find a bike with modern styling with the dark green finish; this color always seems to make it on classically styled frames (maybe that is a hint for me).

Indeed, it is going to an aluminum frame with an integrated seatpost. I had mentioned I already have a titanium frame, maybe that is what is causing the confusion.
