^^^ You should be able to press one side out (NDS?), install the harness and then press the cup back in.
Make sure the shop has GOOD TOOLS so you get proper seating.

I have a PF30 BB on my new Moots MTB which in the space of 4 months has already chewed through 2 BBs. The LBS I use has experienced mechanics and is well equipped (good tools) and having watched the shop owner remove the BB I would say it will be difficult to remove a Sram type PF30 BB with Nylon cups without damaging the BB. It is obviously designed to stay put once installed and I can't imagine it can be gently removed.
Bob D. obviously knows his stuff so perhaps I am missing something but my PF30 required significant force to remove and the nylon cup do not appear to be designed to be removed and then re installed.
Hopefully you will have some luck and get one side out without effin it up.

All these BB specs are still pretty new and I haven't personally had the chance to do it right, do it wrong and see others in the same boat yet. You may, in fact, be right on this one.
OP, please keep us posted.

These new Argon frames look so good and almost found myself buying one too. Good luck on the build.
My S5 has the PF30 bb, and I was able to remove them using the PT 30.3 bb tool as recommended. It took a couple strikes from the mallet and the bb cups popped right out. As per Cervelo and I believe other manufacturers that use PF30, they recommend placing a bead of Loctite 609 around the bb cups. It helps seal the cups in place to avoid movement of the bb cups in the bb area.

thanks for the feedback.
The bike is going in on Saturday to have the cables run. I spoke to the tech doing the work who I trust explicitly... he's Barnett trained and a fountain of knowledge.
He said chances are good that the bb can be removed without causing any damage. However his opinion is that because it such an inexpensive part that we shouldn't leave it to chance and replace it with a new bb. They're willing to give me a new bb86 bottom bracket installed for $40.

Finally had everything together yesterday to finish the build. I was able to take it out for 500 meters of climbing and it performed like a champ.
The back wheel is noticeably heavier than the cosmic carbone with powertap. Total weight as pictured is 7.83kg... not bad for a large bike.

when would you ever say argon 18, an element and then the number of protons? its misleading about the atomic mass, due to the department of redundancy department, or a ridiculously rare and unstable isotope. dumb and sad reason for my never being able to own one.

Your bike is a perfect example of why I was impressed with their 3D headset system - Your stem/fork junction looks tidy and proportional. You've got some drop (with room for plenty more) but only have about 10mm of spacers in there which is well below the 30mm recommended by most frame manufacturers that you would have had otherwise.
Nice ride.
Enjoy.
