New Rival Black Group installed today
 

Just got this done. I haven't wrapped the bars yet, I wanted to get the hoods placed where I wanted them first.

So this series of upgrades are:

3T Ergonova Bars
3T Arx Stem
3T Droic carbon seatpost
Specialized Romin saddle in white
2012 Rival Black group with compact crankset
Fizik white bar tape to be added Monday

Its on the trainer because it's snowing today. I'll be out on it tomorrow.

Question... Why the chainstay guard? I don't think I've ever seen that on a road bike... Do you get that much chain slap?

Chainstay guard was put on during the installation so I didnt mess up my bike. No chain slap bro.

Nice. I have all SRAM Force (2010) and rode Rival the other day. Could not tell much of a difference. Braking was more assured w/ force, shifting...perhaps slight edge to force both clanky-de clank. Force has a nicer crank.
Moral of blurp is, my next bike will have Rival for the $.
