Polar Bottles -- Tire-proof!

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Polar Bottles -- Tire-proof!

Dropped mine today, about 1/2 full. Promptly ran it over with rear wheel.

Damage: Scuffed cap (almost undetectable) and bent the top by the threads.. which I pushed back out with my thumb. Screwed cap back on, leak test OK, continued on.

Props to the tough build. That all my weight on top of it didn't blow out the inner or outer shells surprised me. When I felt the wheel go over it I thought I'd killed it dead.
