Opus bikes ?

Has anyone heard good or bad things about Opus ? I just bought a (I believe 2008) Opus Fidelio road bike off my buddy for $180. He set me up good cause he is buying a much nicer bike but I'm pretty sure this bike has less than 500 km on it, and I've seen a almost identical bike priced at my LBS for about $800 Canadian. The chains a bit rusted and there are some scratches, but the main components are all fine. Just wanted to know if you guys think this is a good deal, and if you heard any positive or negative things about Opus since I've never heard of them.

Never heard of 'em, but it's bit late to worry about that now... Just enjoy the bike and :).

I've had 2 Opus bikes - Andante and Crescendo. Crashed / killed the Andante. Thinking of selling the Crescendo, but I like it too much (even though it's a size too large). Nothing to really complain about, but prefer my S-Works SL3 Tarmac over it.

A friend of mine has an opus alto from about 2008 or 2009. It seems to work pretty good for him.
