Is using a hyperbaric chamber cheating?

i was watching bigger stronger faster documentary and some previous tour winner had a home made chamber and was stripped of title, is this cheating?

also nadal djovkivk uses one and since he started using it he is winning a lot, is he a cheater should he be stripped of his titles?

As a Rafa fan I find it a bit insulting you're mixing his name up with Novak's. Anyhow, Djokovic's sudden surge was all mental. He already had it in him but he was just intimidated by Fed and Rafa. He played them pretty early and now that he's gotten it all together.

Hyperbaric??? I thought they were using HYPObaric tents to simulate high altitude and stimulate a high blood count.

Am I missing something?
