Fulcrum Razing ZEROs or a mid range carbon wheel?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I assume you mean a deeper profile carbon wheel. I was in a similar boat recently and went with the Shimano Dura Ace 7900 C24 wheels. Kind of best of both worlds. Thin aluminum rim with carbon bonded to it for strength. Awesome wheels. 1400grams / $775

do you mean an aero carbon wheel or a low-profile one?

i have a mid-range (~50mm) carbon wheelset and Fulcrum Racing Zeros.
i definitely use the zeros when i know i'm going to have to do a lot of braking.
the two wheelsets weigh about the same.
if i had to choose one i'd go with the aluminum.
