Howdy,
Last year I put 2400+ miles on my Kona MTB. My friends, roadies they are, let me try thier road bikes and I finally bought a Raliegh Competion in Oct.
Since then my poor Kona has sat in the bedroom collecting dust. I fell like a trader to the fat tire world but I just love to ride 20mph with the same effort I used to ride 15. So here I sit 300+/- miles later wondering if I'll ever be accepted back into the fat tire world.
I will eventually get back to the mountains but for the rest of the rocky moutain winter it's skinny tires.

be careful out there. Those fookin' motorists are allowed to kill roadies. I think y'all have had seven kills in the last two years without any legal charges pressed?

All good riders enjoy multiple disciplines, you'll get back on your mtb, but enjoy the pavement.
