Seems like a scam phishing for info. Registered to a Nathan Walkingshaw form Sandy, Utah. Looked like a scam when I first went to it.


Edit: looks like it might be legit from specialized twitter? Not sure now.

Seems legit. I checked facebook and Specialized has it listed there too.

I have my doubts about the link in the OP. I'm going to err on the side of caution and edit the link to the contest that is on Specialized's home page.
