Feels harder to climb and sprint. Wheels or legs?

This. You are riding faster in the flats and not saving your energy for the climbs and sprints.
What I've heard about Isopulse radial is that it allows for a more even spoke tension from side to side. Which would give you a stronger wheel. But I feel they are a bit soggy feeling compared to traditional spoked wheels.

The engine is the most important thing that increases speed. I replaced a set of wheels not because I expected to go faster but because I wanted wheels that provided a better ride.

There is more to wheels than just weight - this is my thought.
Perhaps old wheels had better power transfer?

Like I said, these transfer power well. I passed 9 people on the final stretch of a crit on the sprint yesterday. 2nd place. Didn't win this one, but pretty happy. Also, I was super aero. LOL.
