You forgot to mention that air has mass, so to really lighten up, ride with those tubes empty.

Best way to make the hydrogen stay in the water is to mix in some chlorine tablets. Will also ensure your bidons are clean!

I would say that a good fitting bike and better aerobic and muscle strength will make you faster, not a lighter bike.
