Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pcad that sucks sorry to hear. Maybe some good loving with MRS Pcad might help.

Varmit hunting. That's all you can use it for in this state, and punching large holes in anything even 1" plate steel.

The idiots on "Sons of Guns" took one and suppressed it, whacked the barrel down, and then were raving about the accuracy, but they were only shooting at 200 yards. They are fools.

In cycling news, I was thrilled with my ride last night. I have a 25ish mile loop I do, with about 250 ft of elevation gain and loss. The first 4 5-mile splits were 14:16, 14:16, 14:17, and 14:18, with all of them having 85 average cadence. I have never been that consistent in my life. Felt great, but painful.

This is written on my dry erase board at work, in permanent ink. Along with our Company safety motto: "The nut you blow may be your own."

Correct. I've caught a couple of episodes of that trash. It is so full of facepalm, but that is average for tv these days.

I love that you corrected the quote but misspelled consistency.

So Gary Johnson is doing the Leadville 100. He has competed in it, 8 of the last 10 years.
