Rusty Chain - Help!

With all the chain lube questions I have to ask
I have 5 bikes I ride often. I use LBS lube(s), tried WD-40, and all work well except 1 bike, Its a Giant OCR Touring.
I've had it for 2 yrs now, about 1200 miles total and it has the ONLY chain that I can't keep from rusting. I've cleaned it often in Diesel Fuel, Kerosene, WD-40, etc. I lube it often, in fact much more than any of the others. Last cleaning was 2 weeks ago. So I started out on a ride yesterday and I had trouble shifting. I looked down and it was rusty as an old barn nail. Put some LBS lube on it and it shifted OK, but Dang What do I do now. Replace It? BTW - I should comment that after I first bought the bike I noticed light rust almost immediately. Help !

chains are cheap enough, just replace it. I have a PC69 and it supposedly has a nickel coat on there to prevent rust, I still get some at the rivets but i suppose it does help. What are you using as a lube? I use tri flow and in really wet winter stuff i use pedros syn lube. I had some rust with ice wax and i soaked it in wd40 and simple green and it helped it, but since i used oil theres been none.

Umm...just buy a new chain. Chains are pretty cheap. Sounds like a pain in the ass.
