What are the weights of these two Specialized bikes?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Either it's not listed on the website, or I don't know where to look.

Roubaix Elite Rival Compact (my baseline)

Allez Comp Apex

Ah heck... lets add the Allex Evo Rival to the comparison, too, please:

The higher-end Allez models will weigh around 21 pounds. Rival might shave a pound.

The lower-end Roubaix is 20 pounds. The Elite has the same frame, so I'd guess it shaves about a pound from the components.

All three bikes (as best I can tell) will come with wheels and tires that are robust but not particularly light.

I.e. the weights are close enough that it wont' affect performance, so I don't see any reason to make that a factor in your decision. Figure out which bike has the characteristics you're looking for, and go from there.

I already own the first bike in last year's configuration, and love it. I am considering getting an E5 frame Allez as a second bike, but I don't want it to weigh more than my Roubaix Rival.
