I am not familar with the prices on this bike. If I were to walk into a store and buy this bike new, what would it cost? I wouldn't pay extra because of who owned the bike plus now it is used.

Probably about the same. The bike with DA is $9200. Add Di2, Zipps, the bars, stem, saddle, etc, and you get another $5 K
