2012 Specialized Allez Comp - How much discount should I aim for?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

2012 Specialized Allez Comp - How much discount should I aim for?

The end of the year is near and bike shops are not too hesitant with giving a discount on these, so I would like to ask how much I should be asking for something that's normally $770 msrp? Thanks in advance.

thanks guys. I totally flipped the stem (see what I did there) and got a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 Sora instead. Asked for $800 rather than the $969 msrp and got it! Rode it home and I'm so very happy with it. Even my girlfriend, who has seen me buy at least 7 bikes since July, gave a nod of approval.

So what happened to the other six bikes that you bought?

You've bought that many bikes since July and you're asking advice on how to buy a bike?
