Amsterdam Bicycles in Santa Cruz, CA - :)
Anyone who needs a quick repair should stop here. The guy is easy to deal with and will cut you a great deal if you need it. I was just out riding down by the beach when my back tire blows out. A real bummer, as I'm sure many of you know. So I start walking to a LBS, when I remember Amsterdam (never dealt with them before). I go in and the guy sells me a new tire sticking to budget of "What's the cheapest you have?". He lets me borrow some tire levers and I get it swapped out. It still doesn't hold air. So I go in with only $3 and the guy says, "Here, someone just gave me this. You can just have it." And he hands me a brand new Bell Slime tube. I get it done, he gives it the once over, and many thanks yous later, I'm on my way. Thank you, Amsterdam!
