Got in 16 and a chance to check out the Garmin and heart rate. More money well spent. Just a few cyclist out and not much traffic. Just the way I like it.

A might bewildered...
I did 36 country miles. Lots of cars out, a bit surprising. I looked at my segments compared to a ride in February. I was slower today. Bummer. Good ride, though.

You might be more than a bit daft. What is he trying to achieve? He pointed his camera at his bike and took a picture. I will go out on a limb and say he wanted a picture of his bike.

I took a 30 mile cruise and had to go looking for climbs to get in around 5000' of climbing. That is on Strava, so I am not sure how that change things. I took a 30 mile ride while in Destin, FL and was amazed to see only 50 feet of elevation gain. Crazy. I do wish I was closer to some rides this flat, but I wouldn't want it to be the only type of riding I did.

Everyone visiting for the holidays, I guess. I saw a lot more vehicles than usual on my rural ride today. Saw a dozen or more on one 5 mile stretch in the middle where 1 or 2 is the norm.

My 24 miler got me 1,300+ feet but yeah how do you get 4,000 in thirty miles while avoiding climbs? I'm not sure I'd want to do that ride.
On the plus side I saw I kid take dump in the middle of the road.

Got out for a nice ride this morning north of Taos before my wife left for work and I went to a friend's house for T-Day. Other than wife being at work, a great day. She's making time and a half, and didn't have to cook, so she's pretty happy too. May go skiing tomorrow.

I'm always slow but today's ride was slower than usual. Almost 20 miles.

Here's the view from the top. Resolution's so poor that it's hard to tell but I pan from Mount Saint Helens over to Mount hood. Both sporting lenticular clouds.

We visited friends near Cleveland, Ohio today and had a 33 mile group ride. The weather was unusually nice (50s) for this time of year in Cleveland. Our host told us to anticipate snow tomorrow, so we plan to drive home tonight.

About 28 miles in and around Virginia Beach before the feast. Wind out of the north seemed to always be in my face, but a good ride none the less.

I avoided the big climbs but that only helps so much. Going the easy way still starts with an 800' climb at 10-14%. There's only two kinds of roads here: up and down. When I want to do a recovery ride I have to drive into the valley first. This is part of the reason why I do 8-900,000 feet of climbing a year.

42 miles, lots of cyclists out, only had to put a foot down at one light the entire time, it was pretty amazing! Plan to ride again tomorrow, going to take the roads less traveled to avoid the caffeine high road raging black Friday crazies.

Did 20 miles with my neighbor and regular riding buddy and also brought along a friend who wants to start riding for his first ride. Great way to start the day.

A quick 60. Maybe too quick. Came back with trembling legs and a queasiness from 2x20k TT efforts, an hour of hills and trying to spell "happy thanksgiving" in between the 20k's (the parking lot wasn't big enough so ended up with "happy tday"; i'll check the garmin gps tmrw to see how that fared...). Ran out of food on the ride and suffered a good bit on the last 7 or so miles. In and out and in and out of Bonktown. Ugh.
