Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Thank you so much. I am happy with the way things went down.

Nope no expectations. I'm not to wait around for her. She is okay with me moving on. I just want to see her happy. If it's with someone else great.

If you live near a health food market, I like Cold Calm by Boiron. Put pellets under the tongue. Don't eat 30 min. before or after a meal when taking the pellets. Also like Organic Lemon Honey Soother w/Zinc & Vit C lozenges by Zand. Otherwise, WalMart carries Cold-EEze lozenges. Emergen-C is also great to put in water.

already working on it.

i'm bummed i feel too crappy to juice some fresh orange juice. i bought the juicer a week and a half ago, used it twice, and then went to columbus for a week. i have a crisper full of carrots, kale, apples, beets and oranges.

mr. ts just ran out and got me oj and cough drops before he left for work. i've also got a couple boxes of emergen-c packets i can work my way through. i'm predicting miso soup for lunch.

Sounds like you're into a healthy lifestyle. If you're not a vegetarian, chicken soup works wonders.

Almost time to turn the calendar page for 2012 on goathead thorn flats.

23 this season.

Sometimes there just isn't an answer, but the closest thing I have found is the $1.99 patch kit on eBay for 96 patches and glue. Sure needed it this year.

And now, back to the soap opera, and I don't mean Solo, I mean this stupid thread.

working on it. we swing pretty wildly back and forth. the juicer purchase was meant to boot me back into line. i'm not really a big fan of fast food or junk food, but i left out the part that mr. ts also got a pint of cookie dough ice cream, presumably for the sore throat. unfortunately that will sit in the freezer for a bit since the dairy will only exacerbate the phlegm issue. the gesture was still nice.

I thought that you were intent on learning something from this? Instead, you've snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

Its unfortunate that noone reacted to the mental illness link I posted earlier:

We're so quick to bash gun ownership, but have to really address the root of the problem.

You guys are bummin' me out.

Merry Christmas from the late, great Nancy Reagan.

Even though Nancy was all "Say No to Drugs" I'm thinking Mr. T and Ronnie were pullin' a Willie and Billy on the roof before this pic was snapped.

Nancy is whispering "This action figure is NOT the 'little Mr T" that I wanted for Christmas".

Probably a good pick for next year's bucket list, though.
