Is your BB30 (or similar) problematic poll
 

Do you have a BB30 bike, or OS30 (Specialized) or something that is the same thing but called something else, but is really BB30 underneath?

My Felt has BB30 and other than a little creaking when I first got it has worked flawless. I have a FSA Gossamer Pro crankset and it has been pretty good as well.

BB30 on my pedalforce cg1. The bearings were pressed in by a shop. Creaked a bit at the start, but fine now.

2010 S-Works Roubaix SL2. Bought as a module (frame/fork with crankset, bottom bracket, and headset factory installed). No issues, 6500 miles on the odometer.

I voted the first option. Bought a bike with PF30. Less than 250 mi later the BB had worked itself completely apart (Campy). Pressed it back together and same thing in 1 sprint. Manufacturer took it back and replaced it with the exact same frameset but with a threaded BB. No problems.

I've since discovered that Campy and pressfit BB's don't go well together. Unless something dramatic changes, I'll never buy another press fit style BB again. Sticking with threaded.

No problems at all. I've been riding BB30 for some time. Never had an issue. Proper installation and servicing.

Riding Cannondales.

Had a Giant TCR Advanced SL last year with a BB30 Sram Red and no problems. For 2013 a Giant TCR Advanced Rabobank with Ultegra cranks and no problems so far.

I had some squeaks after the first winter, but I just pulled the cranks, gave everything a good cleaning, and put it all back in and it gave me another year of fine service (I'll probably do it again after this winter).

I have right around 1000 miles on my Cannondale and there have been no issues with the BB30. The only creaking I ever had was in the headset. The shop re-greased it and have been completely problem free since.

well i voted for the first. My SRAM Red had creaking after 500 miles. I threw on some Hollogram cranks. I'll report back.
