Ridley Sizing help
I am tempted by the CC Damocles sale. Not sure about the sizing, I hear they run large on the TT. I fit a 56 cannondale with a 100mm stem with a 25mm setback post and seat pushed nearly all the way back to get over the spindles. I feel a little stretched with Shimano but perfect with Sram hoods. I am 5'10" and 32" cycling inseam. Looks like I might be in between a Med and small?

I have a Noah Pro and it shares the same geometry as the Damocles and its a M (56.5 ETT, 175 HT). I'm 6'0 with a 34" cycling inseam. I also had a Caad10(56cm, 110m stem), 0 setback but with the saddle pushed backed as well.

i roll around on a noah pro. I have a slammed 110 mm stem with about 6 inches of drop. I roll 175 mm cranks, and im 6 1. Saddle set back is max out on the seat post, then like 3/4 of the way back on the saddle (i.e. the saddle is pushed a little forward, btu the seatpost has a lot of set back). I like my noah, its fun, buy the ridley

I am 6'0" with a 34" inseam, so I have the same length torso as you - for me, a M frame gives an absolutely perfect reach.
Your saddle will be 2" lower than mine, which will reduce your reach a little - which means you will need to compensate it with a slightly longer stem. You'll likely need a 110 or 120mm stem (I use a 100mm). It will also give you a more "normal" saddle-to-bars reach (mine is 5" drop).
