15 pounds. I've lost about 5 of them from diet adjustments alone. The other 10 should be gone by May.

I kept my weight around 140 lb which is my goal. In the past I always gained 5-7 lb every winter, but I ate as much as I wanted. This winter I stopped eating. At nights only after 6-7 pm, not everyday, but it did the trick. I did not ride a lot because of the weather, just the trainer.

11 lbs, but here comes spring so back to my 300+ miles per month which should take care of my weight problems.
But did you ever try their thin crust pizza with extra cheese......

+5lbs here. Trying to make it +10. I lose too much weigh in the summer, so I want to put on more now while I can. I try to keep gaining until I'm around 13-14%body fat. After that, I'll eat slightly less junk food and get back down to 8-10%

Lost about 15 pounds since Christmas and 40+ since last July. Started at 267 (highest weight ever!!) All on the bike. Until early January, all the riding was on a 2009 Trek 7.7 FX. At that time I invested in a new road bike and mountain bike (Specialized Roubaix Elite and Cannondale Scalpel 4, respectively). I've got more than 800 miles since the start of the year. Woot!

Negligible. It feels like more since I feel blocky. But all the hockey playing and coaching and boot camps I did --> I feel stronger and more nimble. I am taking a Vision Quest cycling camp once a week.
The bottom line is I am looking to increase my wattage and endurance.
Need to lose 10-15 pounds to make that possible.
Starting now....

Somewhere between 3-5lbs, I'd guess--I'm at exactly 140 right now, and I never really drop below 136 or so.

+10lbs
But I was on my butt for nearly a month with some kind of horrible respiratory infection, and not in the gym or on my bike. So that's winter weight plus muscle loss. I felt like I was going to die the first jog I did while recovering.

-10 went from 220 to 195 in 3 months a year ago. I started looking a bit gaunt so I leveled out for a while while working out with weights for the last year and on the bike indoors with the last 10 dropped this winter. Will level out for the summer at 175.
TrainerRoad rocks. Cuts the dullness of the mouse wheel and lets me het a hard workout with good intervals. FPT up a 18% started last winter and I can feel it out on the road.
