How much weight did you put on this winter?
15 lbs according to the gym scale, a new record! Would have been 25 but I never made it down to my typical race weight last summer. So up 25 in 2 years! woot woot!

3kg. Up from 85kg to 88kg despite 3000km of spinning and 1000km of commuting. clothes fit the same though and my cadence and gear selection have improved. Looks like some fun riding this spring and summer.

Only about 5lbs, but it's the muscle and fitness loss that bothers me.

Everything was great until the wreck on Jan 8. Since then, added 10 lbs. As soon as this weekend's storm passes (61° on Friday, 31° Sat + snow), I am hoping to kick off the season with a bang.

Less than 500 miles since beginning of Dec., put on 4 lbs, but also some loss of muscle, I think. Sucks.

3-4 kg. Winter is the best time to ride here but I couldn't ride because I broke my left elbow.

10-15 lbs depending on when I weigh myself. I've been swimming a lot so perhaps upper body muscle is to plame. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Between 5 to 10. Although I've been riding and exercising hard, my beer and snack intake increased.

I lost 20 pounds between January and July of last year. I hit a plateau in July, but I kept it all off until December. I gained 5 pounds back between December and January. Hoping to loose that 5 again soon and another 10 beyond that in in the next few months. Pretty happy that it was only a 5 pound gain over winter though.

3 lbs. of muscle. Lost fat. I still wear the Bogner stretch ski pants that I bought at Sporthaus Schuster in 1968. I think that's my oldest article of clothing. They're still in good condition. I'll lose a few pounds as the mileage picks up. Winter is the time for losing fat. Harder to do in the summer if you care about performance, IME.

I sat at 185 +/- 3lbs all last year, no matter if i did 200 miles in a week or 60. Winter i did the trainer 1-2x/wk and after the new year i bought cold weather gear and have been out every weekend so far, sometimes both days. I was at 182/183 today, and that was after a 3.5 mi treadmill jog last night. Not far at all, but the longest ive ever gone in my life, and only my 3rd jog in 2 weeks, and before that, probably 2 years. Good to see my cycling cardio is helping with jogging

No gain - been riding the rollers and using the elliptical when I can't ride outside.
