Pinarello Dogma the sexiest bike ever?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pinarello Dogma the sexiest bike ever?

I never owned one but I cannot think of a better looking bike out there.

Not a fan. I think they are overdone in every way -- shape, paint, and branding.

Doesn't really do it for me. I would rather have a BMC or a Pegoretti

Very nice bike, but I don't think that it is the sexiest bike around.

The linked bike is likely a fake. The wheels are not boras.

Sexiest bike I have ever seen is Thomas Voeckler's Colnago C59,

The best looking bike you can get has to be a Noble BMC Impec with Lightweights and Campy SR 11 EPS.

The Dogma is over the top. I would take an S-works Tarmac over it any day.

The Dogma is definately over the top and I love it. Not a bike I'd ever buy but it is SEXY. There are so many "me too" bikes out there and the Pin is not one of them.

If that girl would move over a little you could see how sexy this bike is.

Yuck VISP. Do not want. I'll take the girl when she's out of the way though. On another note, this was taken from theFiXFiXFiX calender.

They also come as a frameset. That's not the point.

The point is that when I go to the OPs link, I am greeted with a picture from a Chinese site that shows a bike on counterfeit Campagnolo wheels and offers the frames wholesale. There are plenty proper pictures of a real dogma that could have been imbedded (as you did)

The irony is that Pinas are not made their in Italy but in China... But I get your point...

Come to think of it, I didn't offer my opinion. IMO Pinarellos are fine looking bikes. I love the look and the painting schemes they had available. The curves on the frame aren't for everyone. If I would have had some form of customer service at their local shop in Treviso, I would have bought a bike right there and then. But no go.. so no buy. Now Colnago seems to be looking more attractive...

When it comes to aero full-tubed Italian bikes, I find the Bianchi Oltre sexier. I'm no Bianchi fan either.

I am fully aware of the current state of pinarello. I would have a fleet of vintage bikes with modern components before I bought a dogma. My record equipped colnago cost much less than a dogma frame.

This is the best looking bike I've ever seen, but it's such a subjective question, that there is no right answer.

It's a shame that at the price of the Pinarello Dogma, it's still made in china. They only put on the finishing touches in Italy so they can use the "Made In Italy" sticker. I know China has state of the art factories, but still.

No bike with a curved top tube will ever be more than just "meh" to me...
