Rear Derailleur screw question???

I was looking at my bike today and noticed the screw on my Rear Derailleur was coming out possibly?
I have Shimano 105 components.
But do I need to tighten the screw all the way in or is this correct?

Thats the "B-Screw" that adjusts the angle of the derailleur body. Here are some tips :)
