-6 vs -10 stem

Will I feel the difference? I recently changed from a 120 -16 stem to a 110 -6 that my friend is lending me. In the end, I will need to return the 110 stem to my friend my purchase my own. I have my eyes on the Shimano pro vibe stem but they only make them in -10. Should I go for it or just get a -6 110?

Thanks

It'll affect the height and reach to the bars. Here's a calculator that shows the effect of stem/angle length. http://www.brightspoke.com/t/bike-stem-calculator.html

FYI, the -6 should have raised the bar height by about 20mm, compared to the -16. A -10 will be about 13mm higher than the -16. The higher rise stems also shorten the reach a couple of millimeters.

It's your decision to make.
