seat post sizing and suggestions

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

seat post sizing and suggestions

I like to get a new seat post for my road bike
it is a 2007 Argon 18. Now do most seat posts for road bikes universal size? its the diameter i am worried about

also i want to get one that has more then one bolt to secure the saddle and not too awkward to install the seat
suggestion of good seat post please.

It will range from 27.2 to 31.something. take your old post out and it should be stamped the diameter size on the side.
