Help me decide
 

Hello,

I will need to decide between a 2012 Giant Defy 3 ($700) or a 2013 trek 1.2 ($950). I am new to biking and really was looking for a bike for $500 but realize that was too low. I know these are entry level bikes and I am fine with that as I am not willing to spend much for and not be sure I will continue biking.

Out of these two bikes, which one would you choose? Is the Trek worth $250 more?

They seemed to be spec'd about the same. I'd go for what fits you the best, which is tough being new to cycling. What the heck, go for the one that looks the best to you. For me it would be the giant....Best of luck and keep pedaling!
