Unfortunately named doctor charged in hitting cyclist

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Too bad Dr. Ivers wasn't with them. He's always the designated driver... And where the hell was Dr. Owned? oh wait, he drowned in the river last week. haha my bad.

If she needs a good attorney, I suggest she goes to Helen Waite.

Im local to this and dont remember it...not to defend the driver at all, but if a cyclist was on 23, they're dumb. Flat out. 23 is a 55mph 4 lane divided highway. No way in hell youd catch me on a bike on many parts of 23...MAYBE downtown columbus where its 35, but not outside our outerbelt. Nope.
