Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Cyfac Infini or Cyfac experience?

Hi all,

I'm on the edge of picking one of these up. Anyone have any experience with them or other cyfac products? I'm testing it against a CAAD10, TCR SL2, and Allez EVO. After test riding them all briefly once, I've found my own preference to be Cyfac > Caad10 / TCR SL2 >> Allez EVO.

Geometry on all is good, a little different but I can make them all work. Anyone have any issues with their Cyfac bikes or hear of them breaking? I'd expect good quality but I'd like to here some first hand accounts.

Thanks!

I have a Cyfac, steel frame. It's an absolutely phenomenal bike. IMO, one of the top framemakers in the world.

Cyfacs are pretty rare, a boutique brand. I have a Mythique and like the ride a lot. The workmanship is also stunning.

FWIW, my wife is going to get a custom bike at some point in the next few months. We're looking at a Cyfac for her too.
