Dogs love them, I think its because they can up their kill stats dramatically in one night, and cause they are crunchy.

I had to call animal control on a dog today. It was just too big and agressive to be running around. When I was on my second run after the trainer it was gone. I wonder if they got it or if someone else did. I feel a little bad for it, it didn't have a collar. Hopefully if animal control picked it up it's microchipped.

Nope. Yesterday was the worst I have ever seen. We have had haze due to fires before, but this the worst. The Black Forest area is a gorgeous little slice of the state, and it is decimated.

There may be worse areas than this one. In my yard, for instance, I've seen a couple but otherwise I'd never know of the outbreak if I didn't get around.

I don't have June bugs in my yard, I didn't have them last year either.

Yeah, cad is never easy.

You talking about mapping out furniture arrangements in the room, WhyFi? I'd probably just make colored squares the size of the furniture pieces on separate layers in photoshop if you have it.

Maybe Inkscape.

I'd only go sketchup if you really need the 3d.

Way back when, I first arrived in Texas in January. When the june bug invasion occurred it was quite the culture shock, being a city boy from NY and all. All of us new northern kids were like "What daHell ...?", while it was life as usual for all the southern kids.

That's what I was thinking too.

I live within about 10 miles of Black Forest. Used to go to a little bar up there called the Spirit Keeper for dart league. After Waldo Canyon last year, this is just devastating.

Think of doing this twice in a year.

Silly man - I'm talking about building pieces of furniture, so I want to make plans, get a better sense of proportions (so as to refine them) and have a cut plan for the wood.

Have you tried Google SketchUp?
