Repair question

How do I remove the left crank arm? Do I just use a hex key to remove this bolt? Because it is stuck when I try it. Thanks

You would probably get better answers in the "Bike Mechanics" portion of the forum.

But if that is an ISIS/Power Drive BB, you need a nice proper fitting key to remove it with a corresponding opposing force on the other side.

Hex key to remove the bolt and crank puller to remove the crank I believe.

Correct. Vero does not have self extracting bolt, which some others do.

And unless you are truly mechanically gifted, do not try to make your own crank puller because you are too cheap to buy the tool. Best thing to do is bring it to your LBS and they can pull that for you. Depending on your relationship with them, it will be a very small fee or better yet, free.
