As long as the frame fits, that's a solid buy for the money. I'd still offer a few bucks less because of Craigslist, maybe $350. The shifters alone are worth $100. It would be a good starter to ride for a while then sell when you upgrade, for the same money you paid for it.

^ agreed, looks like its in great condition for the price asked...if it fit I'd scoop it up and even keep it if you upgrade to something newer in the future...

As others have said, fit is key. If it doesn't fit, you will be $350 farther away from the right bike for you. However, if it does fit, $350 is a very fair admission price to get into road cycling. As far as that particular bike, its worth as much as you are willing to pay for it. Although its an older model it appears to be in very good shape and well kept. The simple fact that its really clean is a good selling point. Good luck.

Yep, agreed with what everyone else said. If it fits you nicely, I think you'll be very happy with it. Just looking at the photos, it looks like it's had an owner that took nice care of it.

It's a nice ride, and $350 isn't a lot of money, but....it was only $850 new 14 years ago...just on general principles I wouldn't pay more than $250...
