Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

For your reading pleasure

Found this funny comic on running this morning. I think it applies to a lot of us here if you replace running with cycling. I identify most with the feed and vanity.

Enjoy!

The Oatmeal is awesome.

I'm often tempted to post their how to use an apostrophe guide here.

Yes, that was very good, and as someone with OCD, GAD, and SAD, I think that me and the author are of like minds. I love the feeling after the end of a really long ride of exhaustion and completion and don't feel so bad about the fact that my apartment is a mess and I've neglected to do about 10 things that I should've done.

Running is evil. I agree with the Blerch.
