Yes, that was very good, and as someone with OCD, GAD, and SAD, I think that me and the author are of like minds. I love the feeling after the end of a really long ride of exhaustion and completion and don't feel so bad about the fact that my apartment is a mess and I've neglected to do about 10 things that I should've done.
