Elite/Performance Trainers

I have borrowed an Elite Fluid trainer (which are often sold under a Performance Bike Shop label in the USA). The trainer is lacking both the adjustment cable for the tension and the computer. And the guy I borrowed it from is too lazy to look in his boxes for them.

Does anyone have access to a table or graph showing the wattage as a function of speed?

I have not been able to locate this in any of the billions of pages indexed by google.

Even without the table, someone could make me a really happy biker if they could answer the following question:

In the easiest tension setting (on the Fluid models), does the wattage curve approximate the wattage curve on flat terrain for someone of average weight and height? (From this, I can calculate my watts from my speed.)

I suspect that it does, but would love confirmation on this.

I have, BTW, found an wattage curve for a CycleOps fluid trainer. It does match pretty closely to values for flat terrain. But I don't know how closely CycleOps compares to Elite

Thanks in advance,
Jamie

PS: someone would make me even happier if they could put an end to this awful cold spell we've been having here in W. Europe. 6 March and I was riding in freezing temperatures, pretty heavy snowfall (not sticking thank heavens), and horrendous winds.
