Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Stainless steel firefly with DA DI2.

Or a custom Gunnar with DA DI2.

Right after I blow my wad on an incredible batch of autos, I'd get my orders in for...

Scott Addict w/mechanical Red11 and Enve 25 clinchers with Extralite hubs

Parlee Z-Zero or Z1 (custom) w/Di2 11spd and Meilenstein clinchers

Crumpton (custom) w/SR EPS and Bora Ultra Two's plus Hyperon Ultra Two's

HT w/XX1 1x11 - brand TBD

FS w/XTR 2x10 - brand TBD

Tandem would be cool, but the wifey won't pedal - exercise in futility

And a fat bike would be cool, too

I'd wear out my CC w/awesome lightweight gear from AX-Lightness, Schmolke, MCFK, etc

I would get a custom bike from Rivendell. A mixte built for mountain biking, but in the Rivendell style....with 650b wheels and it would need to be some shade of orange.

I like plastic bikes too. My current Roubaix will take over rain duties once mile2424's painter finishes the custom job on my new Venge.

I like plastic bikes, but there really isn't one that excites me at the moment.

First:Buy a HUGE track of land with a mix of hills and flats and pave a bike path suitable for daily riding and staging races. It would have loops of cobblestones for punishing rides. Might even include some MTB trails.
It would have infrastructure for a bike shop, plenty of parking, lighting, support staff, plenty of water/break stations. It would have dorms for developing junior teams and housing pro teams in training, etc. Some nice ponds and lakes thrown-in. Maybe, a Velodrome. Basically, a bada$$ cycling facility.
I'd build a nice house nearby and ride a lot.

Second: I'd stick with the Synapse, since I like the geometry and handling. I'd go Hi-Mod with Dura-Ace 9000 and some carbon clinchers. Color:Murdered-out, of course!

Solid gold bike with solid gold campy components.
It's what all filthy rich people do.

On a serious note, why just one bike? Does the millionaire have just one car?
If I were to win I would head straight to my LBS and buy a madone 7 with the newest DI2 & 404's as an appetizer to keep me satisfied until my custom lynsky helix or moots vamoots ti with like level of componentry comes.
And then I'll buy some custom steel, in the raw with fillet brazing and another with ornate lugs with the latter donning NOS campy C-record and the other with componentry as mentioned above.

Serious answer here. My current bikes are great for me. I wouldn't change a single thing, not a cable, not a tire.

If I were to win a lottery, the first things I'd procure would be an accountant/financial advisor and a lawyer.

Next would be a home security system...

Then I'd drop my cable/internet/phone bundle to eliminate the land line, buying the internet and TV signal each a la carte.

But as for bikes, I'm set.

I would not buy a single bike. My people would after carefully measuring the one I now have for fit. They would then be sure that the entire quiver of bikes, spare second bikes of each type, parts and full support tools with hired wrench were carefully sent to wherever I and my buds decided to be riding in the world. And for as much as I like where I live now "wherever" would not be here.

I think I would probably just upgrade my Altamira with carbon wheels and Dura Ace, plus a nice crank and set of brakes.

Would get a suitable truck and build a decent ramp for it.

Then put a Factor Aston bicycle and MV Agusta Brutale in the back.

a plastic surgeon could probably hook that up for ya on a few sessions of liposuction. prolly be my first stop on the way to the high end bike shop. with $300mil in your pocket weight loss doesn't require much effort, just some recovery time.
