The best thing to do is check out craigslist.com in the Austin area. Austin is the bike capital of TX and you may find stuff down there.
There is also roadbikereview.com classified. A guy from Austin has a Cannondale R1000 on sale. Also don't overlook a new bike that is on closeout. You can save hundreds on a new bike.
