Excel says 804.2 miles for the year. Another 634 indoors. I had bigger plans for the summer months but didn't pan out.
I did swim 71,027 yards in 2013, which is 1,420.5 laps at my local gym.
I'm still happy with the year.

Considering I was taking it real easy at the first half of the year due to a motorcycle accident in december 13th 2012 I consider I did pretty darn good
. Good 2013 and 2014 will be better.

6600 miles don't add up other stats, down from 8360 in '12.
Retired, age 69, have all day every day to ride!

10,085.7 miles / 566 hours

This was my first real year of training. As such, I didn't really have the base to do a lot of volume or intensity at the beginning of the year, but was able to gradually ramp up my time on the bike month by month. Also, I got a powermeter late August. Will be interesting to see how my fitness compares to other Cat 5s/collegiate Ds at my first races in February.

6,004.3 recorded miles for the year.
Probably another 2,000 or so unrecorded miles on the FG.
Its been a fun year, next year I look forward to climbing a bit more.

Not really a goal for the year, other than to increase mileage for training. Also, I avoid hills.

5,745.69 miles. All on the road. More than 2,000 miles less than last year, due to a nasty injury that kept me off the bike for over 6 weeks, some business travel, and a ton of crappy weather this year.

200 miles a day-??
At least 10 hours a day-maybe more like 12 hours a day for a year??
Heck I don't believe him now!!
How in the world did he document that??
It is possible-but why did he do it?

I'd probably having better luck and distance pissing into the wind than I did on the bike this year. Next year's goal, at least 2500 miles

Started riding April 21st 2013 and Dec has been a horrible month with moving and sickness but I am finishing the year with 3,164 miles, 76,923 ft of climbing, 189 hours and 19 minutes in 172 rides. This is also while working a 60+ hour a week job.
In 2014 I am hoping to hit 5,000 miles and really keep focusing on more climbing.

This is my first full year riding. Most of my trips are commuting. I definitely have the bug though. Rode my first century this year and looking forward to the STP next year and perhaps a couple more century's.
