Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I was around 130 pounds at high school graduation. About 20 pounds underweight, depending on who you ask. I don't know what I weighed at college graduation (undergrad or grad).

I weighed 160 after sophomore year of college. That was after 6 weeks backpacking in Europe on $5/day. I looked like Rassmussen. 170-175 would be my best weight. Now I'm back up to 193 after close to a year of eating whatever the hell I wanted to. Now back on my BillyD diet. (ie. eat healthy foods in moderation)

168 at HS grad. 170 for AAS. 172 for BS. I have no intention of ever seeing those again. At 6"3" and change, 185 is the best my wildest imagination can muster, after two years stuck at 203-207. On a plus side, I have not gained any weight during my 4 months of not smoking.

I wrestled 126 in H.S, but likely graduated at 145 or so. When I was on the beer and cocaine diet, I was at 155. I think I'm happy at 165-168 now. I may shoot for 160, but Mrs. LAJ will likely shoot me before I hit that.

I watched one and then went out in the back yard and checked the alignment on a few recent data points... I believe this.

All I know for sure is one thing, that is one of the toughest mofos in the NFL. Back before they improved the offensive line he ate turf more than anyone I can remember. I couldn't believe he was getting up after some of those hits … pulling sod out of his helmet and teeth, readjusting his pads, clearing his vision, etc , etc. LOL It was unbelievable.

Regrets, he has a few, but then again, too few to mention.

There's a fine line between HTFU and crazy/fanatical.

I just happen to know where that line is.
