How much offset on this seatpost?

My current seatpost is slightly too short for the height I would like the seat to be. Not sure why I company would put a 300mm seatpost on a larger frame, but that is what I have. Just found what seems to be a good deal on a seatpost, so perhaps it is time to swap it out. Just not quite sure about what my current offset is:

Not quite sure how to measure the offset myself. What are the endpoints?

Thinking about getting this 3T Dorico Team Seatpost: http://www.backcountry.com/3t-dorico...atpost-ttt0049
I have it in my chainlove.com shopping cart ($55!), so I need to pull the trigger soon.

Since you saddle is not either fullly forward or rearward, you have some leeway. Your's looks like a normal or 25 mm offset saddle. Those are easy to come by, but 15 mm and 30+ mm posts will also likely work. I would just avoid any zero setback posts. And measure the current distance from the mose of your saddle to the handlebars before dismantling. Also the saddle height drom the BB.
