The reality, which will no doubt be lost on the fanboys, is that there's a wide spectrum of attitudes towards any company, ranging from hate -> indifference -> love and that there's likely a pretty significant bell curve hump hanging over the 'indifferent' part of the scale. Personally, I'm in that indifferent hump - I use and enjoy their shoes, saddles and helmets, but haven't been particularly moved (in either direction) by their bikes.
