2014 41 Kit – Vote for Design

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Same - last year's design was top notch. I really like the striped shoulder on one of the original designs for this year. Will keep monitoring in case things change.

Yea. On to the next phase, which is finding who to produce the jerseys and what kind of payment set up can be utilized. Pactimo requires a down payment and also charges art fees. I don't think the "art fees" can be distributed amongst all the buyers...so the "team manager" (me) has to pay that. I want to try an do this with no money out of pocket, especially if I design and produce this thang!

I will keep us updated.

#1 , I like how the number in the back isnt obtrusive and flows with the back of the jersey instead of being plopped on. I like the front of the 3rd and 4th better though.

P.S. Would also remove the HTFU. While they're is very little class on this forum, there is no reason to broadcast it...

I agree with the HTFU, should be removed.

Since I voted for two before. I will revote for just #4 .

I didn't notice any vertical type on last years 41 jersey. You know, the one with the circled 41.

Agreed, that's why it was inside the pocket last time.

Also like the 41, same as last year, but no circle this time.

As an addendum, and not to derail any progress on this year's project, pics posted on the Twitter of last year's kit are met with a very warm reception. Mine has held up very well (addressing manufacturer, Primal Wear) and the colors are subdued, but not overly so. Just enough yellow and graphics so as not to make it busy, yet is still interesting.

I really like last years design. Too bad I can't get one now.

I'd go for a big HTFU on the jersey, or better yet, across the top back of the shorts.

I am sure Primal still has the design. I can check to see what subsequent runs might cost. Might also do another.

4 or maybe 3. But move the HTFU to the inside of the collar.
