Tomtom gps watch.
 
I'M currently using TOMTOM gps watch I have no complaints about it does everything I need but my question is can I use any speed/ cadence sensor or only the one that tomtom sells. thanks in advance

AFAIK, other Bluetooth Smart (AKA BT-LE) sensors will work, but I don't have personal experience with any of these. And AFAIK, ANT+ senors won't work.
