What was your top speed today?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

It wasn't today, but I apparently hit 130mph on this ride.

Garmin Connect

Particularly impressive given it was a spin class.

When I do this in spin class I always yell, "On your left."

Due to a hand injury courtesy of my last group ride, I'm relegated to the indoor trainer setup for a while. As a result, my top speed was 22.91 mph, if you like exact numbers.

30.6 but I just did a quick 11 mile ride after work and avg 15.9 on my 25 year old steel dt shifter bike with the tires under inflated at about 80 psi. My usual ride around that same loop on my CAAD9 is about 15 mph most days. Legs were really feeling fresh today
