1988/89 Schwinn 564 Road Bike - worth?
 

I have a 1988/89 (not sure) Schwinn 564 Road Bike. I would like to sell it but I'm not even sure how much it's worth. Any idea?? Or where would be the best place to find out? It needs new tires and a new computer otherwise the frame is in excellent condition.

MSRP was about $570 new... back in the day. Biopace chainrings?

You'd probably be lucky to get $120-150 for it today. Unless it is a Paramount, it probably lacks any collector's value.

Ebay is the best way to guage value.

I had a Schwinn Traveler from about the same year. I wanted a Chicago Schwinn. Got it. Virtually never rode it. Sold it for $75 I think, the same as what I bought it for.

Don't know a thing about your bike really, but I'd say you might struggle to get more than $100 for it. $150 if someone is loose with their $.
