Addiction XXXVIII

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Be careful about MTB riding in South Carolina. Cue the banjos.

You should probably be more disappointed about that than you are.

Not uncommon.

Do you think a female cyclist can really respect a guy she can pass? Doubtful.

Everyone wants a draft, but no one wants to pull. This is why cans and bottles are so popular.

I do not like version 3. Bad format and etc plus I had other complaints. Occasionally, I loaded a ride on version 3 to get a power interval. And I do not see that version 3 is up to date either whatever that means.

The good news about Golden Cheetah is that it is free so everyone can be their own judge and try it.

Why assume I'd be interested just because she was on a road bike?

Do you have a stationary bike? Are you allowed to use it yet?

Oh, I thought that the assumption was because she was a she, not because of the bike.

Pcad, he's not the cyclist he used to be
Now that he's down to one knee.

He'll sit on Mount Doom
and write a tune
about the olden golden days.

Dust will gather atop the Addict
beside the famed bench.

We'll look back to his Fredly days
when he amassed a post count that does amaze.

Let this be a lesson to you, young cyclist,
to ride while you may.
Old age will one day prevail
and take that away.
