Question about Disc Brakes...

Hello Everyone,

I just purchased a 2014 Cannondale CAAD 10 5 (105 Groupset). I was wondering if my rim brakes can be changed to Disc Brakes down the road or do I need a frame that accommodates Disc Brakes?
