Not Quite Minimalist Seat Bag Recommendations?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If the Jandd mini is the tool kit bag, that's listed at 25 cubic inches in size. The Arundel Dual is 27 cubic inches and is a simpler shape that would accommodate a tube, patches, CO2, small inflator chuck, and small multi tool. It looks classy too IMHO. I also run a Topeak Aero Micro wedge bag on my commuter/rain bike that is listed at 25 cubic inches. I squeeze all that stuff in but it's a very tight squeeze. The Topeak small at 40 cubic inches is way too cavernous with everything bouncing around inside.

I use the Bontrager Draft Pack. Currently I have in mine one tube, two Co2 cartridges, two tire levers, box of Park glueless patches, and $200.

I've got a LG bag. Comes in 3 sizes. Mine (medium I believe) holds a tube, patches/glue, spoke tool, levers, co2 inflator, 2 cartridges, $20, ID & cliff bar. Link below.

Came in to post ^^^this. Should have no problem storing OP's requirements...and nothing more. (Mine is maxxed out with (2) tubes, (2) tire levers, & (1) multitool.) Stays out of the way of your thighs, doesn't wear the finish off your seatpost, only downside I can even fathom is the lack of a taillight loop.

I have this

Topeak® Cycling Accessories ? Products - Aero Wedge Pack, small (QuickClick)

and this

Topeak® Cycling Accessories ? Products - Wedge Pack II, micro

What is nice is I can clip either one in or out. The upper small bag holds a 32x700 spare+patch kit+chain links + chain tool + tire irons + CO2 inflater w cartridge + extra CO2 cartridge + alien multitool + cash and I can fit my keychain in as needed.

The second micro holds a spare tube+chain tool + links + tire irons and that is about it.

Both are very well constructed and durable.

Krieg make bags on the funkier side of life, thank goodness, because sometimes the saddle chooses the bag. I have a couple of Kriegs, but this one is my favorite. Roomy enough for the stuff the OP wants to get in there, and a wild selection of fabrics are available.
